- Important Note: Before purchasing, please ensure this unit meets your installation requirements. The WM12V model is rated at 12kW (240V) with a maximum current of 50A. It requires 1 × 50 Amp double-pole breakers and 1 sets of 8 AWG wiring for installation, with 1/2" NPT water connections(Hardwired installation is required)
- Endless Hot Water: Advanced flow control technology automatically maintains water temperature, ensuring maximum efficiency and consistently comfortable hot water. It delivers up to 2.8 GPM of stable hot water output, and if the hot water demand exceeds capacity, the system will slightly reduce the flow to keep the temperature steady-so your hot shower is never interrupted. In warmer southern regions, it can be used for showers, while in colder areas, it is better suited for sinks, office breakrooms, point-of-use, and low-flow applications, and can also serve as a booster heater. Ideal for 1–2 points of use in the home
- Energy Saving: This unit uses smart self-modulating technology that automatically adjusts power based on real-time water flow and temperature. When the flow decreases, it reduces energy use—and when no hot water is needed, it goes into true zero-energy standby. The water-electricity separation design helps prevent scale buildup and corrosion, keeping the system highly efficient over the long term with little to no maintenance required
- Space-Saving: The WM12V features a compact wall-mounted design, measuring 15" (H) × 9.3" (W) × 3.6" (D). It saves over 50% more space compared to traditional tank water heaters and can be easily installed in almost any corner of your home. The upgraded internal layout also makes installation simpler and more user-friendly
- Smart WiFi Control: Control the water temperature remotely via the app (compatible with Smart Home and Tuya Smart). Temperature can be set between 86°F and 140°F. The app also monitors real-time water flow and tracks water and electricity usage. The water heater is activated with an electronic switch and operates silently. It features a digital temperature display and an internal cast-aluminum heating system that handles all the heating efficiently
