Our countertop PR1-P model offers a filtered water to waste water ratio as high as 3:1, outperforming most under-sink RO systems. • Product Dimensions - The Purevua PR1-P Water Purifier measures 14.6 x 7 x 14.2 inches (37.1 x 17.7 x 36.1 cm). At least 18 inches (45.7 cm) of vertical clearance for easy removal of the original water tank and access to the control panel. Please verify the placement space before purchase. If space is limited, this RO system can also be placed on an open countertop, kitchen island, or side table.
• Regarding Noise - When the machine produces water, aside from the typical motor hum, the process of filling the pitcher often comes with noticeable dripping sounds. To solve this, the lid of our collection pitcher is designed with a guided-flow channel that directs water to glide smoothly down the inner glass wall. • Solutions - We provide solutions for any issues to ensure a pleasant experience, including but not limited to: unit malfunction, filter life shorter than specified, shipping damage, or incorrect delivery due to logistics errors (contains abnormal large amount water mist or damage). During factory inspections, the product undergoes water injection testing, so it is normal to find a small amount of water mist or droplets inside. • General Notes for All Countertop Water Purifiers on the Market - 1. Before first use, please follow the instructions to run the system multiple times to rinse the filtration system thoroughly. 2.After the first use or filter replacement, bubble formation in the raw water tank is a normal exhaust phenomenon of the filter system. 3.The appearance of tiny bubbles or white 'powder' in the filtered water is normal. This occurs when dissolved air in the water forms small, dense bubbles. With continued use, these bubbles will gradually diminish. 4. Solid deposits may occasionally accumulate in the original water tank with long-term use. Occasional simple rinsing during regular use can reduce this.
